Responsibilities: |
Drives strategic Category plans that deliver business objectives.· Business Results-collaboratively sets Category MAPS objectives and leads cross-functional team(s) to achieve desired business results. Works with a cross-channel perspective to deliver Category volume, net sales and share targets. Actively supports S&OP and VAP management. · Strategic Sales Functional Leadership-creates strategic plan for assigned Category/Brand. Works with a cross-Sector perspective. Sets clear priorities for the Field. Partners on Strategic Customer opportunities. · Category Business Planning-develops and deploys a category business plan with broad input and strong alignment/ownership. · Organizational Development-onboards and trains new Strategic Team category resources. Can align and move cross-functional team to action. Brings cross-functional leadership and a Customer lens to project teams. · People Development-coaches, motivates and develops team members as appropriate. |
