Position Responsibilities:	The Director of Innovation will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the new product marketing strategy in line with overall brand/business strategies. This position will be the key participant in the process to identify, develop, and launch new products. Working across assigned business areas you will implement new product plans to ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales and profit objectives. You will manage several other direct reports and inspire, motivate and manage their development as leaders in the company. You will drive the development of new concepts and inspire creativity and create and foster an Innovation Culture throughout the company. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of new product and on going branded experience in a progressive CPG company. Strong strategic and leadership skill essential. Must demonstrate a track record of successful innovation and launches of new business platforms.
