Responsibilities: |
Develops and implements the company's business plan in conjunction with Marketing, Finance and Field Sales for one or more Business Units. Responsible for - Developing new trade strategies that result in increased sales, profits and the reduction of costs
- Overall management of all trade funds for entire Business Unit
- Developing and maintaining Field Sales Policies & Procedures
- Category Management as well as ongoing analysis and forecasting for production planning.

Experience: |
- 10+ years of Sales/Business Management in Consumer Products that includes time in a sales role as well as one or more of the following functional areas: category management, trade marketing, sales planning. Prefer some account experience at the national level.
