Position Responsibilities:	This individual will be a part of a dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities include leading key innovation projects and managing cross functional teams. Will manage projects for new packaging, new product introductions, consumer research identifying consumer needs, consumer promotions, and customer/sales programs. Also will manage internal and external agencies to develop in-store programs and advertising.
Direct Reports:	0 Education Required: MBA
Position Experience:	MBA degree required. 1-3 years of CPG brand management experience. Demonstrate leadership in development and execution of brand initiatives. Ability to work cross functionally and influence cross functional partners. Strong project management skills & analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with sales teams in multiple channels. Passion for marketing and the consumer. Proven ability to drive projects through to completion.
