Position Responsibilities:	.. Lead the overall strategic marketing process: Analyze market position, competitive threats and market trends; respond accordingly to achieve North American sales and profit objectives. Responsible for approximately 1Billion in annual revenue. Oversee annual budget planning process to ensure adequate funding for all programs. Ensure year budget targets are met, with appropriate ROI achievements. Develop strategies for approximately $100MM spending. Lead development of consumer marketing strategy to build awareness and brand preference. Lead development of professional marketing strategy to build customer recommendation and brand preference. Ensure full utilization of business teams. Manage pricing and consumer/trade promotions. Lead, develop and manage direct reports (There are 6 direct reports,and 12 indirect reports). " Coordinate with other Marketing directors and key sales personnel to ensure consistency of plans and execution. " Lead key marketing projects outside specific realm of responsibility

Position Experience:	10+ years extensive CPG marketing experience with large businesses with extensive marketing budgets. Experience leading product teams to achieving sales and profit plans.Need a strong person well rounded,with strong people responsibility .Superstar..
